  • Department: Maintenance
    Job Description: Role & Responsibilities:
    Prepare work assignment with priority in coordination with ME.
    Coordinate with factory departments as per instruction of ME (Purchase, production, store, accounts etc.)
    Coordinate with outsource parties.
    To implement and monitor preventive and proactive maintenance plans.
    Suggest, coordinate and implement development and modification activities for productivity increase and cost reduction etc.
    Follows-up with vendors regarding development, fabrication and pending supplies.
    Breakdown Maintenance:
    Review min. and max. Stock level and reorder level of engineering items.
    Keep an optimal inventory of machine parts; coordinate with purchase for the timely and correct availability of items for repair / maintenance.
    Monitor assignments to his personnel for carrying out maintenance job.
    Supervising his staffs during maintenance and providing guidance for efficient output.
    Receive, prioritize and close the work orders
    Ensure record keeping of all maintenance and calibration performed.
    Ensure that all utilities should be supplied to the plant without interruption activities.
    Follows-up with service providers regarding machines under contract.
    Search for new vendors for fabrication and maintenance work.
    Monitor and control overtime in maintenance department.
    Review and recommend Purchase Requisitions.
    Approve store requisition.

    Arrange required material and human resources.
    Coordinate with related department for the execution of plan.
    Execute plan and note deviations.
    Ensure record keeping of such maintenance.
    Give assignment to personnel and supervise them for the timely completion and accuracy of the job.
    Make an analysis of preventive work as how it has been helping in maintaining and improving machine performance.
    Assist to Manager Engineering in arranging critical equipment and machinery as standby.
