Job Description

Main Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Support workforce planning by developing and updating job profiles for approved positions.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from approved requisition to candidate joining.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with approved manpower plans and recruitment KPIs.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to confirm hiring requirements, approvals, and sourcing plans.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles.
Facilitate suitable internal career movements where applicable.
Coordinate with recruitment partners and support related documentation and payment processes.
2. HR Operations
Prepare salary cost calculations and compensation proposals for selected candidates in line with approved grades and budgets.
Coordinate pre-employment reference checks, document verification, and onboarding requirements.
Liaise with candidates regarding compensation, benefits, offers, and joining formalities.
Support offer discussions, approvals, and revisions where required.
Track resignation confirmation and expected joining dates to ensure timely closure of positions.
3. Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance and talent management processes across the organisation.
Assist in setting goals, objectives, and individual KPIs.
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews and follow-up actions.
Guide managers and employees on performance-related processes and documentation.
Support timely resolution of employee performance concerns in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen engagement, productivity, and retention.
4. Learning, Organisation Development & Employee Relations
Support career development, capability-building, and succession planning initiatives.
Assist in employee coaching, counselling, and disciplinary processes, where required.
Address employee queries and support constructive employee relations.
Support the rollout and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives.
Coordinate learning needs, training calendars, attendance records, and learning interventions.
Support digitalisation and automation of HR and learning processes.
Assist in annual learning budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
